We start with our own ideas, then either buy a company or form a new company, build teams of investors and executives, and develop new products and services.
We focus on consumer services with an interest in market platforms, communities and networks, consumer brands, subscription models, and social impact.
Our unique approach combines the best of private equity and venture to increase innovation by leveraging existing company profits and customers, greatly accelerating the rollout of new products and services and at a lower cost.
